This fund targets small and midsize companies that are recovery or underperformance plays in all business sectors, as long as we have identified technical, commercial or financial barriers to entry. Sectors may include industry, food, premium services, healthcare, and others.

Our portfolio companies are mainly (75%) established in the Centre, Rhône-Alpes or Massif Central regions.

The fund takes mainly minority interests, always hand-in-hand with management and/or another fund. It will in exceptional cases acquire a controlling interest, act alone or in a syndicate, in restructuring plays where the deficiencies that have caused the company's difficulties and the levers for turning the company around have been identified and vetted.
